How can I contact Shops Authentic?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse, carefully packaging each order before it’s sent out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we’re unable to make adjustments—but once your package arrives, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing takes 1–3 business days, and your order will ship the following business day. Please note we don’t ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local courier service. During busy seasons or sales, shipping may take slightly longer.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices are displayed in USD, tax-free. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply at delivery—these are determined by your local customs office. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return your magnetic phone holder, please email us at returns@shopsauthentic.com for instructions.
What if the item I receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
We’re here to make it right. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item(s). Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds are processed by the issuing bank within 7–10 business days.
- PayPal refunds will appear in your account once approved on our end.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider for updates.
